Life Changing
I have had the pleasure of working with Emma to address my chronic neurological health conditions. I had been unable to participate in my favourite sports and pastimes for several years.
When I initially started seeing Emma, I was in a great deal of pain daily which was poorly managed by medications. To be honest I had almost given up hope and felt really down, until a friend of mine suggested I get in contact with Emma, as she has successfully resolved her health issues, and my wife persuaded me to get in contact as she was worried about my pain, mood and outlook on life.
I am so glad I took the first steps and contacted Emma, as it has been life changing from many angles.
I needed to make quite a few changes with my food choices, as we found out they were contributing to creating inflammation, pain and mood imbalances.
I also needed to prioritise me and what I needed to do to get myself out of the hole I was in.
Emma taught me to understand what I needed physically and emotionally and how to give and receive to myself to meet my needs. This was not an easy process but amazingly valuable for me to learn and apply.
Emma and her team continually gave support which was amazing.
Over time, Emma used a mixture of techniques with me to address my multifaceted chronic health challenges, however the most amazing technique for me was FSM (frequency specific microcurrent) and the beneficial effects of pain reduction and removal from my body, which was amazing. To me it was a miracle that I could be pain free, with no meds, when I had been told I would need medication for the rest of my life, due to my health conditions.
To achieve the best outcome, you do have to put in the work and be consistent, which is made very clear by Emma. You have to take responsibility for your own health and wellbeing.
It has been a very worthwhile investment of time, finances and energy, as I am now pain free and fully functional which has enabled me to get back to sports and activities which I love.
I cannot express my gratitude enough to Emma
